The intimate sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and fresh, clean linens, arranged in the same soft, harmonious tones found throughout the apartment. Set beside a large glass door, it is a bright and peaceful spot to unwind at the end of the day and wake naturally with the light.

The compact kitchen area makes the most of every inch, with everything you need to prepare breakfast, a simple lunch or a dinner for two. From the coffee maker and breakfast essentials to the practical cooking facilities, microwave and fridge, everything is close at hand and easy to use.

Just beyond the apartment, a small private patio offers a peaceful spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, surrounded by potted plants and fresh air. From here, the shared terrace opens to breathtaking views across Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands, with rooftops, greenery and mountains completing the panorama.
